At a time when we are interacting less and less with people from the “real world,” OpenAI has warned about the dangers of its newest artificial intelligence, ChatGPT-4.
This is because the chatbot is giving increasingly natural responses, which sound more as if a human were behind them. Especially now that they have just implemented voice in this same chatbot.
In recent tests, OpenAI has even noticed that its users were using much more affectionate language with the bot, kind of trying to create bonds.
It has also been observed that many companies have been trying to take advantage of the situation: creating dating sites with bots that reply to people in a flirty way, sending photos claiming to be the real person, when in fact it is just an image generated by the bot itself.
We are living in dangerous times.
